Clumsy Theosis - The New Covenant Fulfilled: The Last Supper & Crucifixion

God prepared the Israelites for the Eucharistic covenant through his prophets. Look at the Last Supper and Crucifixion with Richaél Lucero. You'll learn how they fulfill God's promises given through the prophets. And what this new covenant in Jesus’ blood means for us today.

This episode picks up from the episode before last, Jesus and the Eucharist Foretold by the Prophets. Wondering where we are along the biblical timeline? This fulfillment is about 500 year after the prophet Ezekiel according to the prophet Daniel.

Throughout the series Richaél Lucero will examine one of the six key figures, the covenant they made with God and its meaning.

Clumsy Theosis - Jesus and the Eucharist Foretold by the Prophets

Today we begin to explore the final covenant in our series on salvation history—Jesus. Review prophets like Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel with Richaél Lucero. They reveal a covenant that is not confined to Jesus the God-man or his Passion and death. But includes the events in the Upper Room on Holy Thursday and the height of the Divine Liturgy we celebrate every Sunday—the Eucharist. You'll also learn why this covenant was foretold as a *new, everlasting, covenant of peace.*

Throughout the series Richaél Lucero will examine one of the six key figures, the covenant they made with God and its meaning.
